1. Purpose
This policy keeps Zmii safe and reliable for everyone. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including team members, portal customers and API users.
2. You must not
- Break the law, or use the Service to record, hide or support fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or other illegal activity.
- Create false or misleading records, or impersonate a person or business.
- Access, or try to access, accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to, or share, sell or leak credentials or API tokens.
- Probe, scan or test the Service’s security, or interfere with it, except as allowed under responsible disclosure.
- Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, harassing or infringing.
- Overload or degrade the Service, including with unreasonable automated requests, or evade rate limits and other safeguards.
- Scrape the Service, or copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.
- Use the AI features to submit documents you are not permitted to process, or to extract data for unlawful purposes.
3. Using API tokens responsibly
Grant write access only to software you trust and understand. A write token can create invoices, bills and payments that change your books. You are responsible for what your tokens do.
4. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, limit or suspend access, revoke tokens, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We will usually try to contact you first unless there is an urgent risk. To report a violation, email hello@zmii.ai.
